I can be a tester! I do have both a R4 3D and an old R4, so I can test on both, I mean Mario Kart Zero doesn't work with old R4s but only with new ones. Can I be a tester then?
EDIT: Also I'm good at Photoshop so I can do character portraits too.

You need to edit the graphic files in "CharacterKartSelect_xx.carc", the ones that go with the name "select_character_gp_name_m" if I remember correctly
I see 3 files with the same name but different eextensions.BNCL, NCER or NCGR?

He is doing it fairly quickly because he isn't the only person working on this. Also literally all GCN tracks in the Hack Store are by him or he helped to make, so he is gonna enchance them for GCGP.

Pretty nice. I know this is a nitpick, but I feel like the track would be better with 2 laps. But it is still pretty grand.

Actually, it is kart_MR_A. Shy Guy's kart just has a different palette from Mario's (same with the other characters)

No offense, but tbh, I can't understand what you're saying. You first say that you can't read the NKM thread because it is in English, but then you ask if there is a NKM thread, even if you said right before it that a thread about it does exist and you can't undertand it.
If you mean a JP version of that tuto, you're out of luck. (unless テクニカル�?訪�? makes a translation ofc)
